At MCM House, we strive for complete satisfaction with your furniture and homewares; however, if your selection isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible items in original condition. Please note that custom-made upholstery and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure all items are securely repacked in their original MCM House packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Our logistics partners will coordinate a convenient time to collect the items from your residence; return shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the goods and process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
